Chancelor and Kayla Alexander are a husband-and-wife team passionate about creating exceptional custom homes across North Texas. Together, they bring a unique blend of craftsmanship, creativity, and client-focused service to every project.

A proud native of Collin County, Chancelor began his career in real estate and construction after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2017. Shortly after becoming a licensed REALTOR®, he joined a Top 100 homebuilder as a Project Manager, where he built new homes throughout North Texas. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for turning dreams into reality while forging lasting relationships along the way. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service, his career quickly flourished, fueled by his love for the industry and helping others.

Kayla, originally from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, is a graduate of Liberty University with a background in marketing. Kayla originally planned to stay in Pennsylvania, but then she met Chancelor, and somehow sweet tea, wide-open skies, and a guy in boots convinced her to become a Texan for life. These days, she says “y’all” without hesitation and has surprisingly strong opinions about brisket. She serves as the Director of Marketing and Design, leading all branding efforts and overseeing the design process for each home. With a natural eye for beauty and balance, Kayla works closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring every finish and selection feels intentional, timeless, and true to their lifestyle.

In 2022, the company was founded from humble beginnings, initially assisting friends and family with outdoor living and remodeling projects. Today, the company stands as a beacon of quality, offering unparalleled finishes across all endeavors. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, they prioritize top-tier craftsmanship while upholding a standard of customer service that is second to none. Together, Chancelor and Kayla lead every project from concept to completion, combining technical expertise and artistic vision to create homes that stand apart in quality and character.
Chancelor and Kayla live in McKinney, Texas, with their sweet labradoodle, Winnie. They enjoy spending time outdoors, cheering on the Dallas Mavericks (most of the time), going to concerts, and hosting game nights with family and friends. With a shared heart for service, they are passionate about helping others, both in business and in life, through volunteering, thoughtful leadership, and supporting their community in meaningful ways.
